2024-12-30更换为CH584M，加入电磁阀状态检测，BLE_TYQ_CH584M_V2-0
ch584的底电流大了一点, 典型6uA,但是运行功耗, 低了一点,所以广播越频繁, 功耗相对于ch59x 越好
